February 13, 2013

Newtek Business Services is addressing the IT demands of small-businesses with new low-cost, high-performance computing solutions.

The solutions introduced by the managed technology and hosting provider include a new line of dedicated server configurations, which gives freedom from many server management responsibilities.

These dedicated server configurations include Intel (News - Alert) Xeon Quad Core, Dual-Quad Core, Dual-Hex Core processors, and an optional Managed Server Care Bundle.

More details related to the solution are available at managed technology website of Newtek Business Services.

“As small-business web and IT demands evolve, it is imperative that our hosted technology solutions evolve with it,” said Barry Sloane, chairman, president and chief executive officer of NewtekBusiness Services. “Our new server solutions are just one example of how we continue to provide small-business clients with increased computing power and support while simultaneously decreasing cost.”

Newtek's Managed Server Care Bundle is available on new and existing dedicated servers of the company. The company is also providing the solutions on its Cloud Virtual Private Server offering.

Newtek Business Services provides customers with several services including server monitoring, nightly backups and a hardware firewall as part of one, simple option.

In addition, customers are provided with up to three hours per month of extended server support with this offering.

Customers can leverage extended support provided by the company to install and configure custom software or trouble-shooting application issues not related to the hosting service.

Newtek Business Services provides several products and services such as Electronic Payment Processing and Managed Technology Solutions (News - Alert) to its clients.

The company launched the latest hosting plans for small businesses last year.
