API Outsourcing Unveils New SaaS Product

API Outsourcing, a provider of cloud-based finance and accounting (F&A) services, exclaimed that its accounts payable services is now available to users as an Software- as- a- Service (SaaS (News - Alert)) option.

API asserted that its flexible Accounts Payable Services provide customers with the ability to transform their accounts payable processes into an automated system which is driven by business rules, resulting in lower processing costs, improved controls, higher service levels and higher business intelligence. The integration of multiple technologies provides customers with accounts payable services which are quick to implement, dependable, flexible and cost efficient.

The newly announced SaaS product supposedly merges state-of-the art workflow and document imaging technologies to enable the conversion of manual accounts payable processes into automated paperless processes. Staff performance is improved via these streamlined procedures built into the SaaS product which in turn also maximizes efficiency and profitability.

Some of the notable benefits of employing API’s Account Payable product are: easy replacement of manual paper-based processes; invoice visibility within 24 hours of receiving; reduction of processing costs by up to 60 percent; enhanced SOX compliance and control; easily accessible audit trail; rapid implementation; better managed DPO; and more.

The SaaS product’s location based security feature enables multi-location companies to easily send automatic notifications to alert personal about specific tasks. There are also provisions for personal to respond back appropriately.

API also claimed that it employs Six Sigma practices to ensure high-quality, consistent service and its annual SAS (News - Alert) 70 Type II Audit provides customers with the assurance that API’s operations controls are in place to provide customers with dependable service.

In related news, API Outsourcing was picked by Avendra to outsource and automate invoice processing and API and National Business Systems established strategic partnership.
