Simple Bookkeeping Solutions intros 'Virtual Accounts Department' for SMBs

April 29, 2014

Staying on top of the firm’s accounts is obviously a prime need for any business, big or small. Most of the small and mid-sized businesses (SMBs), however, lack the resources to hire a full time professional to take care of their accounting needs. Plus, investing in new technology is typically also out of question due to tight budgets. Thus SMB owners often find themselves in a fix. They end up having to handle all aspects of their firm’s accounting and bookkeeping needs. This is to the detriment of them focusing on other activities, and in many cases they are not necessarily skilled at the tasks required.

In an effort to help address this SMB challenge, Simple Bookkeeping Solutions, an Ashburn, VA start up has developed a cloud-based bookkeeping solution that SMBs should find both affordable and easy to use.

“I found that most small businesses cannot afford, in terms of cash or time, to hire a full-time accountant, or spend huge sums on new accounting technology and the training to use it.  So they do it all—tracking income and expenses, planning for taxes, trying (and maybe failing) to figure out cash flows, and handling payroll. These tasks take away time needed to successfully run their business,” founder of Simple Bookkeeping Solutions Wanda Medina pointed out.

As noted, Simple BookKeeping delivers its services through a cloud based platform. This makes it not only cost-effective for the SMB owner, but also enables them to use this service anywhere, anytime. Starting with business planning and going all the to managing a series of important financial matters, Simple Bookkeeping Solutions take care of every aspects of a firm’s bookkeeping needs, so that the employees/ business owners can focus on the core business.

In addition, they have designed the service with options in terms of price and functionality.
