Gradient Vision Merges with Armanino Accounting and Business Consulting Firm

Armanino, an accounting and business consulting firm offering audit, tax, consulting and technology solutions to organizations, merged with Gradient Vision, a consulting services company and provider of Microsoft (News - Alert) Dynamics CRM and SharePoint technology solutions.

This initiative will strengthen Armanino’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) consulting practice. Gradient Vision founder Rajya Bhaiya, an expert in collaboration, client portals, intranet/extranet networks, workflow and document management, will be joining Armanino.

Scott Mangelson, Armanino’s CRM practice leader, said, “Raj is a national leader in cloud-based applications and our clients will be able to leverage his knowledge to improve their sales, marketing and web-portal processes in a wide variety of industries. His depth of knowledge around Microsoft CRM, as well as SharePoint and Office 365, will enable our clients to increase productivity, reduce overhead and increase efficiencies in their own businesses.”

As Microsoft SharePoint is scalable and can be integrated into back and front end applications at customer locations and in the cloud, the availability of this in Armanino’s suite of Microsoft products will enhance the Microsoft Dynamics (ERP and CRM) cloud offerings.  The company will now be able to offer a space to organize unstructured data for manufacturing, sales and marketing organizations cost effectively.

The merging of Gradient Vision with Armanino is profitable because of the existing alignment between Armanino and Gradient Vision, according to Tom Mescall, partner-in-charge of Armanino’s consulting practice. The client bases of the two companies are complimentary and Gradient Vision’s resources and relationships are expected to further build on Armanino’s CRM practice.

“SharePoint is a great technology for businesses that have collaborative cultures. It dramatically reduces or eliminates many cumbersome processes that inhibit productivity and extends collaboration between employees, supply chains and sales channels,” Mescall added.

Also, the addition of Gradient Vision’s customers and business partners will expand Armanino’s footprint and add more resources to its CRM services.

Armanino is a value-added reseller (VAR) and implementation partner for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Dynamics AX, and Dynamics GP. It also offers Microsoft Dynamics AX for high- tech industries certified for Microsoft Dynamics (CfMD) solution.
