Accounts Receivable Billing Specialist Comes Aboard Sound Telecom

Seattle-based Sound Telecom, a reputed provider of call center and cloud-based communication services, is apparently keen on ensuring that its customer-centric billing practices remain intact. To this end, it brought aboard the service-oriented billing specialist – Patrick Douglas.

Given his accounting background and extensive experience, the newest addition to the Sound Telecom accounting department is expected to befittingly fit into the role of an accounts receivable billing specialist.

“We are very excited to have Patrick Douglas join our accounting team in Seattle, Washington,” said Sydney Morgan Diamond, chief financial officer at Sound Telecom.

As an accounts receivable billing specialist, Douglas is expected to be the strategic link in the customers’ communication processes, and the main point of contact for billing inquiries.

Apart from this, he will be processing contracts for Sound Telecom’s newest customers and will handle changes for the company’s existing customers. Working in conjunction with the company’s credit manager, he will ensure that customer invoices are timely, accurate and easy to understand.

In addition to having over 10 years of customer service experience, Douglas has reportedly specialized experience in HIPAA-compliant billing and processing of medical and legal documents.

He is also in the process of completing a second degree in accounting through Central Washington University.

His professionalism and good humor has been appreciated by customers and colleagues. Accounting interests apart, Patrick holds a Bachelor of Music degree from Cornish College of the Arts.

He leads a healthy, active lifestyle and regularly supports charitable causes.
