PDC4U Adds Vocality to its Cash Acceleration Management Products and Services Portfolio

PDC4U recently announced that inclusion of Vocality (News - Alert), a new feature designed to enhance its portfolio of cash accelerating products. PDC4U is a premier provider of revenue cycle management and accounts receivable management solutions.

In a statement, Josh Green, account executive at PDC4U, said that, "Vocality ultimately automates the collection process by coupling messaging with real-time payment options. With over 300 phone lines readily available to the client, we can reach thousands of individuals within a fraction of the time it would take a fully staffed call center."

By including Vocality to its portfolio of Cash Acceleration Management products and services, PDC4U has made it possible for corporate clients to quickly and easily initiate phone messaging campaigns through a cloud-based dialing system.

The tool allows messages to be relayed using an advanced text-to-speech engine, via male or female voice, or even through the client's own voice recording. As soon as a consumer answers he/she is greeted by the dialogue and is then provided with a solution for quickly resolving his or her debt obligation. The caller is also presented with an option to either route the call to a live representative, or if needed to have the call transferred to the company’s Interactive Voice Payment System, PayPhone.

Both options included are provisioned so as to allow secured payment. The new service does not come with any upfront costs.

Furthermore, users are not charged for any messages which do not get delivered. At present, a large number of leading collection agencies is leveraging Vocality across the country. The company’s clients include a number of U.S.-based businesses and organizations. Additionally, the PDC4U’s suite of products and services is used by a number of leading utility companies, and medical facilities, as well by the accounts receivables management sector.
