e2b's New Web Portal for Anytime Collect - a Boon for Sales and Credit Reps

September 12, 2012

On top of the daily grind sales and credit representatives go through every day, they also have to tackle issues relating to accounts receivable and credit collections. Getting through to concerned departments, getting hold of the people involved and waiting endlessly for replies have almost become a part of their daily routine.

But not anymore. E2b teknologies, which develops custom cloud-based business applications and resells enterprise business software applications from other publishers, has introduced a new Web portal for its popular Anytime Collect management software.

Anytime Collect helps companies streamline, automate and manage accounts receivable credit and collections activities.

The new portal takes away the pain and hassle of communication and customers can access their account information easily without having to rely on anyone else for information. Credit and sales reps can view account information and post any details they want.

“Customers no longer need to call in to a company about their account; they can easily gain access to account details and request invoices; anytime, anywhere, and without playing phone-tag (News - Alert),” said Lynne Henslee, president of e2b teknologies.

And of course the best part is that users don't need to launch the Anytime collect software or even access the company network in order to see the accounts.

Company officials stated that the Web portal is complete with all details regarding cash summaries, collections invoices, payments and more. Graphs, charts and even ad- hoc reports are also there for the asking.

Customers can request copies of invoices online as well.

Sales reps reportedly have the ability to filter communication by customer and collaborate with the assigned credit representatives. Credit users can see posted notes, view invoices and also review information for those invoices.

Executives can also get to see all high level information at one place.

This anywhere, anytime, central access to information augurs a good user experience. The online portal enables everyone concerned to see what’s going on with their accounts and to communicate with the internal credit and collections team without having to take time away from selling to learn a new system.

e2b teknologies announced that its e2b enterprise division has achieved Gold Partner status with Epicor for 2012. This title is awarded to companies who have met the highest annual revenue goals and certification requirements set forth by Epicor for their channel partners.
