Company officials stated that the Web portal is complete with all details regarding cash summaries, collections invoices, payments and more. Graphs, charts and even ad- hoc reports are also there for the asking.
Customers can request copies of invoices online as well.
Sales reps reportedly have the ability to filter communication by customer and collaborate with the assigned credit representatives. Credit users can see posted notes, view invoices and also review information for those invoices.
Executives can also get to see all high level information at one place.
This anywhere, anytime, central access to information augurs a good user experience. The online portal enables everyone concerned to see what’s going on with their accounts and to communicate with the internal credit and collections team without having to take time away from selling to learn a new system.
