ARM Implements LiveVox Cloud Contact Center Suite



Accounts Receivables Management, Inc. has entered into a multi-year contract with LiveVox Inc. for the implementation of the LiveVox Cloud Contact Center Platform solution across its onshore and offshore call centers.

ARM has implemented the LiveVox suite of ACD/PBX (News - Alert), predictive dialer, IVR, and call recording solutions for more than 300 seats at its call centers. This solution has effectively eliminated the use of site-premised dialer technology solutions allowing it to come up to speed with on-going industry changes.

In a press release, Joe Burch, ARM (News - Alert) Chief Operating Officer said, "I have been extremely impressed with LiveVox's dedication to customizing the right solution for its clients. We know receivables management operations and strategy, but technology optimization is LiveVox's area of expertise. With the scale and agility of the LiveVox system we increased productivity and very clearly saw ways to improve our client performance."

After in-depth analysis, ARM concluded that its call centers needed solutions that could provide enhanced and faster flexibility, scalability, and reporting capabilities than those provided by legacy site-premised dialers.

"With LiveVox (News - Alert), Right-Party Contact rates increased as much as 35% raising productivity without higher telephony costs. ARM can be more flexible with contact strategies, such as hosting its best agents from across locations on the same high-value campaigns on the fly,” said Josh Seuberling, ARM Director of Operations.

LiveVox also supported ARM as they made the shift to VoIP without PBX upgrades or the need for capital expenditures, ongoing maintenance costs, and support costs of deploying on-site technology across their call centers.

The cloud delivers levels of scale, flexibility, and security that would be cost prohibitive to most organizations otherwise. These features, not on-site servers, are what improve performance."

LiveVox’s multi-tenant ACD/IVR/PBX solution is PCI (News - Alert)-DSS certified and incorporates identical resource pools delivering automatic failover via a number of leading IP carriers.
